Tuesday specials with T-Mobile Home

Hi:
 
Why can't I have the ability to take advantage of the Tuesday deals?  It asks for my telephone number and then sends a code to that number.  The router is that number.  How can that be remedied?

Same it doesnt recognize my phone number either….
