Ok so I don't know if this will help anyone else but I had the issue where my upnp was failing so that I couldn't play any games on my Xbox 1X. I found out I could use my android phone, plug in the mini USB to the back of the T-mobile router and in >settings/ connections/ mobile Hotspot and tethering, turn that on and then turn on the mobile Hotspot for my phone and connect my Xbox to my phone Hotspot while it's tethered to the router. Hope that helps someone.
