I had noticed that I was being charge for the wireless devices, (the watches). We were told that we wouldn’t be charged for them and that we could be getting paid for them for about $7.00 a month and was told that wouldn’t ever change but it has changed. I am being charged $20 a month for them when we don’t even use them at all. I would like to either get that fixed or have it removed of the account since we don’t use the watches.
Want to see about getting the watches that are on my plan taken off since we don't use them

This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to call Tmobile support or use messenger on one of T-Mobile’s social media platforms.
