Hi everyone. I have had Tmobile for a long time, and in general, the customer service has been A-1. Unfortunately, my bill has been around 400 a month, and I can't afford that anymore, so I have called many times to get a solution. 

I was fed up, so on 1/5/2024, I cancelled my service. 

I changed my mind and decided to go with the help I was offered on the fifth of this month, but I keep getting the run-around, and all I need is for a supervisor to listen to the call, and they will know what I am referring to! 

Please help I don't want my service to cancel on the 15th as scheduled!!!

contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
