T-mobile states the message “T-Mobile is proud to participate in the new federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)” on their website, and I applied for and was approved for the program. However, when I called T-mobile customer service, I was told that T-mobile does not support this program. Why are you displaying this program on your site if you don’t support it?

Looks like it's only available on Metro and expired on 2021.

Metro is saying T-Moble accepts the Affordable Connectivity Program because when I got my internet Ty-Mobile customer service says the work with the Affordable Connectivity Program

Here is what it says from T-Mobile.  Key information underlined and bold.

T-Mobile is proud to participate in the new federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which offers internet service payment assistance to eligible households. We’re making the program available through Metro®️ by T-Mobile and Assurance Wireless®️.

Just talked to a customer rep about this yesterday, Nov 25.

She was very nice, and did inform me that even though I am eligible, I have to downgrade to Metro by T-Mobile, as T-Mobile itself does not offer it.

I've had the same plan for 8 years. Fully unlimited everything forever. No throttle, no data cap.

Nope.
