Charged for unused home internet

I've had mobile service with T-Mobile for 12 months. When I signed up, I refused home internet because I receive service through my landlord. I found out today (12.5 months later) that I am being charged 35 per month for this service I did not sign up for, I've never used,  and never even took out of the box. The rep I spoke to refunded 2 months of the 12 monthly payments I was charged and advised me that they will be keeping the 10 months of charges I've already paid for absolutely nothing. That's $350 I've paid for simply for storage of an unopened box that was sent to me after I clearly refused the service when I opened my mobile phone account. I'll be canceling and contacting a lawyer for class action options. Stay tuned.
