I know there are a lot of complaints on here, but I truly had an exceptional visit recently. After texting with customer service and a phone call, I was advised to actually go to a store in order to get home internet. (Apparently, you cannot have your 5G Home internet shipped to another address) I am so glad I did! It gave me the opportunity to meet and interact with Kalani N. She is the first person to help me make the decision to stay with T-Mobile since the Sprint conversion. She offered suggestions that helped me save money on my monthly bill as well as things to help when I was having less than desired customer care. I will continue to visit the store if this is the exceptional care you get! As a prior supervisor in a call center, the company could use some updates. Maybe use American Agents for calls from the US. Save the foreign agents for customers outside of the US. The accents make communication less then desirable. If Kalani goes, you will loose a customer for sure!
