When I signed up for my account the lovely lady on the phone informed me that I qualified for a $100 prepaid instacart gift card and she was going to sign me up for that. As we were ending call she said she was sending me the emails that contained all the information of what we talked about and tracking info, and that I will get an email containing the gift card as well because she was sending it to me…..I never got that email. I got everything else, but no email pertaining to a gift card ever came through and this was about a week ago now. So where is it? Why did I not receive it?
I have the same question. I was told I would receive an email but never got it. I checked my spam and promotions folders too.
