We have Dial Pad through T Mobile and this has become an issue we can’t resolve. We have issues with Dial Pad not working correctly but T Mobile’s help line is not helpful at all wasting several hours of our time and never resolving the issue. Our business rep has also been non helpful. Dial Pad refuses to help us because they say T Mobile customers have to go through T Mobile. We want to separate Dial Pad from T Mobile so we can actually get help from English speaking people who are easier to understand and know the product. I have asked my rep and Verizon and no one has an answer. It was come to the point we are most likely going to cancel all our service and move to something else entirely.
We are happy with the price, the mobile and internet, but not being able to receive calls to our business is costing us money. This is my last ditch effort to get this sorted before we cancel everything and go with someone else.
