Will you ever fix your website?

I have been trying to utilize my jump upgrade through the website and it will not actually progress past a certain page. The “buttons” don’t seem to register that they are supposed to be linking me to the next step in finalizing the transaction. IE I want to add item to cart- I press ad to cart button and nothing happens, ever. And this happens in every other category of website use. Why is it constantly dead ending whatever action I try to do? Why have an online platform at all if it’s not going to be functional? Why am I paying for services that I can’t even access?! Fix your website!
