We switched over to another provider, got our numbers transferred and all services canceled and I am getting charged on auto pay still by t-mobile. My wife called the customer service phone line and they told her they couldn’t cancel auto pay without our pin even though our account is closed and we don’t owe any money. As if we are going to call customer service and cancel auto pay for closed accounts for accounts that are not ours. Why would we do that and why would it matter if we did?? This is insanity.
