I have the same experience. I called customer service to cancel my account. They said they could not cancel right away and that I have to wait for another department to reach out to me. A few days later - Nov 23, 2021, I received a voice message saying that my T mobile account has been cancelled and that I no longer need to do anything. However, they are still charging me on the months of December 2021 and January 2022. I agree to doing a class action suit against T Mobile!
