UPDATE 4/18/2022 James rep# 9991310431 wins… he made notes on my account saying that I agreed to purchase the phone I was promised would be free in January. I spoke to several other representatives trying to correct this issue with no luck. I can’t waste anymore time. In the eyes of T-mobile I lied about all of this and there’s no chance of them giving me the benefit of the doubt!! So I just paid off the free phone ($1000) and I’m leaving for AT&T.. YOU T-Mobile I’m not a difficult customer. I have never complained and I’ve never left any sort of feedback like this on the internet before. I have no other card to play, T-Mobil scammed me (for no reason) and this was the only course of action I can take is to try and let the public know what happened to me. Omg the same thing is happening to me right now. I called them to see why my bill went up so high after the second month and they told me that Because I applied for being a first responder, I didn’t give them proof for it
