I got the same error message from McAfee so I called T-Mobile as the software is “McAfee Security for T-Mobile.” Wow has T-Mobile gone down hill since their merger with Sprint! The first and only advice the Tech at T-Mobile gave? Reset your device. Now everywhere else they set forth different steps and reset is the last resort. But now with T-Mobile it’s the first step…...their Tech support pretty much sucks. Oh, and farmed out now to the Philippines.
