In the last 8-10 years, I never called T-Mobile for anything. I have electronic billing and automatic payments.So i did not know how terrible their customer service is.I have been trying to talk to someone for the last couple of hours. They said to go to T-mobile.com. Which I did and the website said to call customer service and I am still on hold. The transaction that i wanted to do should be able to be done online. But it is not available. it says to call customer service - a service that is not existed. Should i switch to Verizon? any suggestions?
