I have had the account with them for over ten years and they suck. When they were Nextel never had a problem. Even when they were sprint no problem. Now the are t-mobile problems start to happen. They are never solved in any way. Sick of calling them and getting same story. Now know when they talk to you must be read from the same book. Who ever did the hiring did not do a very good job. These people are not trained to do a good job.
