Anyways, I contacted T-mobile by landline and easily obtained a return authorization for the Gateway and was e-mailed a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Dropping it off at the local UPS store in a bit.An very interesting note, the mice woman I had spoken with claimed that their 5G Internet service was actually not in my immediate area currently, even though the signal checker/Gateway placement video feature on the T-Mobile app clearly indicated otherwise.I’m done with T-Mobile 5G Internet and will now simply have to wait patiently until their main competitor in the field, Verizon 5G Home Internet, is available by me and take that for a free trial run and hope for the best.
