Update : I managed to finish setting up my account without phone number .I sent a message on Twitter to tmobile and explained the issue, I was asked to verify my account , I entered the phone number came with gateway box and the 6 digits pin I set up when I ordered the service . Then I cleared the cache on my browser, after couple tries I managed to log in to my account without being asked to verify phone number . I still don't think that clearing cache on browser solved the issue but somehow the tmobile support guy did something to make it work and the main thing I am satisfied with the result.
Unfortunately that thread didn't help
Same problem here , I just got off the phone with t-mobile after 3 hours trying to fix this .I guess I may have to call again to see how I can set up autopay over the phone
