I dislike outsourced customer service. They don’t get paid well and they don’t have the authority to make decisions. I am sure there are financial incentives attached to tiring customers out.
I was on chat with them and they called me and requested to quit the chat and come to the phone. Still no resolution. They for the third time in 2 weeks promised to call back.
I am on hold again and they are telling me something completely different now. This is the worst customer experience ever. I will cancel my contract and leave TMO after, hopefully, resolving this issue. So frustrating.
