Yes, but the +1 is hard wired into the app as the country code and also in the invitation. You can’t remove it in either instance. It give you the option for US or Mexico in the drop down, see pic. I can't remember the exact way I did this. I recalled all the invites and went to the other tab. Don't invite from from the first tab. Go over to the second tab and invite from there. Once it gives you the contact type, then you're doing it right. See my photo.
I sat on a call with customer support for an hour and they couldn’t figure out why the invite links aren’t working. T-Mobile customer support said they would keep working on it and call me back and they never called me. Has anyone figured out how to invite contacts? It keeps coming back, “your invite is unavailable.” Extremely frustrating. Did you see my response above?
I’m having the same issue. Also, if the message goes through to an invite, it’s wants them to download the app. Why???? I was able to get it to work. I think it had something to do with how I typed in their phone number. Don't include a +1 or any () for area codes. Delete all exiting invites and resend them. when it gets to the page where it asks if you want to add them as a guardian or a friend then you're doing it right. downloading the app is optional if they want to see location etc, but to be your child's contact that's not necessary they just need to accept
I’m having this same exact issue
