I have exact the same Issue , T mobile charges for Netflix service and it was promised that we can share , I have now a disadvantage Since I cant have my Mother add to our Account even she has her line with us but not same household , I cant add her on Netflix , I just spoke to T-mobile Customer support and they said I can add those lines on Netflix account but its not true , so even T-Mobile has no clue how to fix this issues now , maybe time to look to other providers after 25 years of loyal T-mobile client , Im super upset Same here. I went in and spoke to them and they swore I could keep my sister as an add on house under the T-Mobile Netflix offer and I could not. I am so angry. Because they use this as part of an incentive and they are providing inaccurate information. I am willing to pay the difference but I can’t even do it. Pisses me off.
