Hi Tom,If you choose to stay with TMobile, I would open up their t mobile money account and only put what your bill should be. I too have had issues and have reached out to the CEO and also reported them to the BBB and the FCC. I would suggest doing the same. You will get a response from the CEO’s assistant. Good luck! It has been HELL for me too! They need to be held accountable for their promises!
Also write to the CEO! Someone will reach out to you. It’s really a shame. I’ve been a sprint customer for many many many years and now T-Mobile takes over and all hell breaks loose!
YES they are in Washington! 425-685-3500.Go to the FCC and file a complaint. Look it up online. Individuals can win up to $10,000 for the things this company is doing.
