Just an update, I contacted them on Messenger and through their App instead. They resolved it by crediting my account of the monetary value of the TV. In my experience, they are more helpful. I did try to ask for their terms and if it mentioned if the code ever expires. they never gave me an answer for that, just the monetary credit into my account for the bills.
Customer service finally gave us the code but it says expired. Anyone still dealing with this? Several phone calls and no help, Tmobile customer for 17 years. Completely unacceptable. Have the same issue, email was never sent, called today and they sent me a code which is expired. the specialist said all she can do is offer me 20 dollars to the account. lol the tv is worth $450!! To my knowledge, I followed the guidelines to a T. did not violate break any rules.
