I am having the same problem 2/19/18...how is it possible that this is still happening after what seems from this post to be several months of complaints? Is there a solution?The same CC works fine on the phone pay...but I am have to sit through the ridiculous/time consuming automated system that asks for (over and over) but never seems to understand "YES" unless I shout in frustration.Paying your bill shouldn't be a fight.
