Can't send/receive texts that contain "goo.gl"

Google disabled the URL short service for that domain. They have a new one now though. I don't know it off the top of my head though.https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/websearch/5qWEyTSIQ9sI read a recent article about it but can't find it now
