I had basically the same problem. I called T-Mobile support and they had no success and said they were recommending updating the printer.I have a canon mx920 and it would skip the password step and gave me an error message. After reading the message above I scrolled down and found the manually enter the access point which then gave me the password screen to enter and this solved the problem solved. Thanks SSW
