Hi! I just recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 from an S20 FE 5G... but I've ran into a HUGE roadblock! No matter how many sim cards we try, or phones, my phone will not activate! Any calls I try to make direct me to 611. I cannot receive calls either. Can't get texts either, or send them even through iMessage. I have absolutely no data either. Has anyone else had this issue with the iPhone 12 and gotten past it?? Tech Support isn't even sure what's going on because my sim says its active. My IMEI isn't blocked. None of that. Are there any ways to even fix this on your own? We've drawn it down to the fact that it's NOT the phone, or the sim card. Its something to do with my service. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!!
