My phone and my wife’s phone (both Galaxy S22+) don’t get data in an area with full 5G coverage. That includes downgraded LTE service. I have service bars, the coverage map shows 5G coverage in my entire area, and I live on a hill with nothing blocking my home. Are the phones junk? Is there something else going on? I have sat on many hours of service calls with no resolution.
