I just received the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway and can’t wait to return it to a local store. Upload and download speeds reached (*measued at intervals within a 24-hour period), as compared to what is advertised, was in fact, so far off it was a joke.Did the reset a few times, removed the SIM card and placed it back in. Noteworthy, I have a 5G tower a short distance away from me directly to the North and the signal strength on the gateway, no matter where I placed it in my two-story house, showed good to very good signal from the 5G tower. The signal from the gateway was always excellent, no matter where I moved my main laptop around in my house.Just an example on how bad (low) the speeds were was single digit Mbps average up and down and a few times there was no upload speed registering and one time the download speed was in the, UGH, Kbps. One test exhibited a much higher upload than download speed.Maybe I got a defective unit or perhaps there are some serious problems going on
