Beware of the M2000. Totally useless. Much like T-Mobile Customer Support and Technical Support. Have not had reliable service for 7 months. They don’t miss a billing cycle. They cannot define the problem. In the final analysis, they sent a third unit out yesterday. Does not work.Solution? I had to PAY to get a different Hot Spot unit. We will see how that works out.I plan to look for a new service provider.
