About every 3 days or so, when I tune to wgn9 on Hulu + live tv, I get a 10 second clip of an infomercial that plays on a loop. This only happens on my TCL Roku tv. I have gone through troubleshooting steps each time with a Hulu rep without resolving the issue. They then accelerate it to the next level team who then fixes it. It takes anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. The last time the rep suggested that I contact T-mobile. Troubleshooting steps included;restarting the Hulu app uninstalling and reinstalling the Hulu app checking the ip address checking the physical address restarting the tvrestarting the T-mobile modem None of these steps work. Is there anything I or T-mobile can do to resolve this?
