wgn9 and hulu + live tv

About every 3 days or so, when I tune to wgn9 on Hulu + live tv, I get a 10 second clip of an infomercial that plays on a loop.  This only happens on my TCL Roku tv.  I have gone through troubleshooting steps each time with a Hulu rep without resolving the issue.  They then accelerate it to the next level team who then fixes it.  It takes anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.  The last time the rep suggested that I contact T-mobile.  Troubleshooting steps included;

restarting the Hulu app 

uninstalling and reinstalling the Hulu app 

checking the ip address 

checking the physical address 

restarting the tv

restarting the T-mobile modem 

None of these steps work.  Is there anything I or T-mobile can do to resolve this?

Sounds like the issue is with the Roku TV if this is the only device giving you this issue.

Check the settings on the wgn app and the Roku TV to see if there's an auto start feature.

If you can't find anything, do a factory reset of the TV.

Tried resetting the tv.  It’s hulu + live tv, not the wgn app
