I frequently get the following error message when sending text message:“Not sent. Tap to try Again”. This happens WAY TOO often and is super frustrating. I have tried to restart my phone and power cycle with no resolution. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours and multiple “taps” to finally get the message to send. This never happened until I got a new Motorola Edge 2022 phone a few months ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Does T-Mobile offer the CHAT feature? If not, can you please request that this feature is available on the website. It is much easier to deal with customer service via Chat vs. Phone Call.Thanks!
