OnePlus 8T Open Beta 1 Oxygen OS 12 (Non-T-Mobile Firmware)

For those of you who purchased the Global/NA device or have flashed using the MSM Tool from the T-Mobile firmware over to Global/NA or EU.  Open Beta 1 for Oxygen OS 12 is now available to download and install.  It is a beta, so do not install this if you rely on your apps to be 100% compatible, are using some legacy apps, or require your device to be as stable as possible.  You can find the link to the image and more information on the OnePlus Official Forum.https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/oxygenos-12-open-beta-1-for-the-oneplus-8t.1548475/

I'm not exactly sure all of what goes into the points levels, but @gramps28 has reached the 2,000 point milestone for their contributions to helping T-Mobile customers and forum visitors. Congratulations and keep up the superb Magenta awesomeness, gramps28!
