Just received my NEW “hulu on us” SMS and the link to claim the offer does not work. Anyone else experiencing this?

Phone Arena says there are issues. Hopefully T-Mobile backend and they fix it soon!

First received a text from TM. Subsequently was also directed to TM offer on line.

We have been TM customers for several years (no Sprint) and not Hulu customers (yet!!)

No VPN

Apparently we qualify for the better of 2 different offers - not clear whether 12 months or longer - not 6 month offer.

Called customer service to activate Hulu promo. Rep. hung up on me.

I think TM corporate has left their reps hanging. They must be dealing withe many frustrated customers.

Still having same problem. Boston area. So frustrating. 

I have the Magenta Max plan as well, apparently need the GO5G plan to get AppleTV as well as HULU.

Perhaps, when sending out promotion texts, include in the text what plan is needed so don’t waste time trying to sign up when it’s really not avaliable. Just a thought.

I have the Magneta plan and both AppleTv and Netflix work successfully but I’ve tried multiple times for Hulu with no luck. I even had a rep text me a new link and the prompt said every worked successfully but no credit on Hulu or my phone bill not sure what’s going wrong.
