We have 2 sync up kids watches. Both do not work at this point. The speaker on both seem to have the same problem with understanding what is being said. The watches app always says it is unavailable. The watches button doesn’t work on one. This has been since when we first got them. I asked for a replacement and never got one. Can I trade these in for a phone or something.
