I just last month set up to be able to get my Invoices through the Tmobile website and i get an email telling me my bill is due so i go to Print an invoice and the Bill page wont load anything but hey pay this amount.
I can’t pay it if i dont have an Invoice.
What browser are you using? Edge has always worked for me. Make sure you disable any ad blockers and script blockers because they can interfere with the website displaying correctly.
