5G home internet device still not shipped

I ordered the 5G home internet on the 15th and it was supposed to arrive on the 18th. It's now a week late and about to be billed for a device I don't have. This is hindering my ability to finish school work and other business. Who do I need to contact to get a real update without wasting my data sitting on hold?

You might have luck reaching out to T-Mobile via Twitter or Facebook. Big companies seem to be more responsive to that these days. Not much of a presence from them here.

Did they give you a tracking number?

Yeah, the one and only update is that the label was created. It was shipped as 2nd day air so the lack of progress is even more frustrating.
