Adding Home Internet to my T-Mobile ID with a voice line?

How can I add T-Mobile Home Internet to my existing account with a voice line? When I use this link: http://www.t-mobile.com/home-internet-signup, it has the option to log in with existing T-Mobile ID, but if I do that, I don’t see the Home Internet device anywhere in my account. (I haven’t got the gateway device yet).

Did you already sign up for T-Mobile Home Internet?  The gateway perhaps doesn’t get assigned to your account until after you receive and activate it.

 

You can get Home Internet while in your account by clicking the link under “I want to ...”, which will guide you in obtaining Home Internet to your account.

 

 

Perhaps calling T-Mobile at 1-844-839-5057 between 4AM and 12AM PT, can get your gateway assigned to your account if it doesn’t after activation.

I don’t have that option under “I want to...”

I already sign up for the Home Internet, but the gateway is still in transit, maybe that’s why? Also, my T-Mobile ID is linked to a business plan where I’m not the plan owner, not sure if this make it different?

 

 

Anyway, if I’m still without luck after the device has arrived, I will contact the CS, thanks!

EDIT: the gateway is delivered but still has no option to add it to my T-Mobile ID.
