I'm not sure what “plan” you're referring to, but all carriers, including T-Mobile have a 55+ plan. I've been with T-Mobile for several years and have a great 55+ plan that, alas, has been replaced with different pricing. With no link in your question, I'm not sure what “this” is, but in short, T-Mobile does have 55+ plans.

I think you'd have to talk to a salesperson at T-Mobile. According to their website, this is the latest offer. I am pretty sure that the 55+ is only for phone plans, not Internet.

The only discount I get is an autopay discount on my 55+ plan.
