Banking softward

I’m using T-Mobile 5G home internet. For several months it has been nearly impossible to access either of two bank accounts that I have that use Jack Henry banking software.  I’ve checked with the banks and they say there is no problem on their end.  The thing is, this involves two different banks. I put in my user id and password and get an error message.  Frustrated.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
