Have you tried using the app to separate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi and then trying to reconnect your iPad to one of the two?
Hey there. Our internet support page has some great troubleshooting flows. One flow under Network help is Can’t Connect to Wi-Fi. It offers some great steps for getting your device connected to the wifi.
