In the Matthews North Carolina area, my Gateway is only showing good status as opposed to very good or excellent. This is the first time that has ever happened without the Gateway being moved. Both my Gateway and my cell service are showing download speeds under 20Mbps and upload speeds under 10Mbps.
Degraded service - Charlotte area
probably a network issue. contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support) and have them put in a network ticket for that area. since its affecting your phone as well that points at tower issues.
