Internet cuts out every few minutes - I lost a huge job over this! New to T-Mobile

I recently switched and my internet drops every few minutes.  I use LogMeIn and have to constantly reconnect to my work server. I don’t mind working at a much slower pace but now I lost a HUGE job because my connectivity.  I tried explaining that I switched my internet but I will be forced to go back to Spectrum if this is the internet.  The first few days were good and now it’s awful.
