internet out once again.

I’ve had this internet for three weeks and it’s gone out every single day. Had to call three or four times to get it back on.

So if you had to call repeatedly to get it back on are you saying a reboot of the gateway would not help and/or it would not reconnect on its own?

It could well be that T-Mobile engineers are working on the equipment in your area doing upgrades etc… so this can be very disruptive. Have you asked if they are working on the equipment in the area?

That can be very frustrating but when they do get the solution stable, if it is due to the tower equipment, then usually things improve quite a bit. Be sure to find out the situation in your area. In some cases T-Mobile will allow you to suspend your service until they have things working right. It depends upon why the problem keeps taking place. I would guess it could well be due to maintenance work on the equipment or upgrades but T-Mobile should step up and tell you for sure.
