Internet out or sketchy for two days now

What am I supposed to do if we've been out of TMobile internet (& MetroPCS phone service) for two days now with no end in sight? I've called both numerous times and jumped through every single hoop I've been asked to, and have been patient and kind in the process. We HAVE to at least have internet service!!! Because they BOTH use the SAME TOWERS, it's most likely a tower issue because they went out at the exact same time. Why can I get no one to help in this situation? If they are actually trying to do something with it, why am I having to start over every time I call and go through the ridiculous things every time? If someone can assist us on this, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, we have NO other choice but to change services. We have absolutely LOVED our T-Mobile internet until this point and have told everyone about how great it is, or has been. Please assist us and remedy this situation.
