When I change the profile on one phone, it changes on the other phone on our account, also.
Did I make an error somewhere? Or, is something askew on our account?

What are you trying to change in the profile?
Picture, phone number, Nickname. Almost everything changes.
When I make my phone reflect my info, it changes my wife’s phone to the same info. When I try to correct her phone, it changes my phone to her info.

Do you have the correct sim in your phone now with your name and number?
Also did you just open an account?
