I have the 5G WiFi gate way. Sag fast. Anyone having issues with the box restarting sporadically? Randomly?..

If you have had the gateway for a while and it ran stable but just started the behavior you probably should call T-Mobile support and report the behavior. They can send you a replacement unit. I would suggest to get a replacement and if it comes with the gateway AND another power adapter try to narrow down the behavior before doing the SIM swap and all. Start with exchanging the current power adapter with the replacement and your original gateway. If the behavior is resolved it would point to the power adapter vs the gateway, more than likely. Sure you can just go through the SIM swap and extra work to reconfigure etc… but would not know which was the actual problem and do more work and spend more time. It would be simple to first swap the power adapter and if that resolves the issue send what is not needed back. Just a suggestion.
