I have been with T-Mobile a few months now and my Internet has non stop glitches and cuts my show off half way thru every 20-30 minutes it tells me to change from UHD to SM like l pay good money to have high speed internet yet it’s basically dial up again
I have had mine for over 1.5 years, and get >100Mbps down and >30Mbps up 24/7.
Also, look at your metrics and let us know what the 5G metrcis are: (TM Internet app > More > Advanced Cellular metrics > 5G - RSRQ, RSRP, SINR, Band
For example, mine read: RSRQ: -11, RSRP -72, SINR 40 (but I did add an external 4x4 MIMO antenna which sits in my attic pointing at our TM tower).
