Just received my 5G gateway . I was able to get all my tvs and phones setup but not able to get my tp ac1750 extender to recognize the Gateway. Am I missing something?

I had that problem with Netgear extender, it only works on certain specific channel ranges. The Arcadyan gateway auto selects channels that were not in that range. I asked t-mobile support to request the developers to upgrade the app to make channel settings available.
Other times I’ve had devices not able to connect to t-mobile gateway when wpa was set to wpa2/wpa3.
Hope you can get it sorted.
